Ingredients

- 1 rice (brown or white)
- 2 sauce (Yummy)
- 3 cheese (choice)
- 4 vegetables (such as shredded carrots, broccoli slaw, tomatoes, green onions, avocados, olives, etc.)
- 5 chicken (or other meat of choice)
- 6 chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, etc.)
- 5 teriyaki sauce (or other sauce of choice or nothing!)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup almonds (for a creamier sauce, use almond flour)
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast (Whole Foods)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (or ½ C garbanzo beans, cooked)
- 1/4 cup soybeans (cooked)
- 1/2 cup water (filtered, I just used bottled water)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. cilantro (dried)
