Description
Tzatziki sauce is a classic (and easy to make) Greek condiment that can be used as a dip for fresh vegetables, as a side with grilled meats, or as a topping for warm falafel in pita bread.

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 3/4 tsp. salt

Directions
- Add cucumber, garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl.
- Add yogurt and lemon juice and stir until combined.

Made this sauce for a Mediterranean style meal. All the essential ingredients are on the list , but it took a lot of taste testing and adding more spices because the measurements weren’t quite right. I’ve also never seen tzatziki sauce this lumpy, ended up blending if before serving

Good..cool and low cal. added pepperoncini juice instead of lemon juice. I dont like lemon and it worked just as well
