Here’s an excellent and easy recipe sent in by one of our former Hodo heads, Daniel Alafetich, on his favorite way to cook with Hodo.
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 8 oz. Hodo Soy Spicy Yuba Strips (one container, or sesame yuba strips)
- 1/2 green cabbage (a head, red cabbage, or a whole head of romaine)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

Directions
- Chop cabbage in long strips super super thin ( from romaine use a serrated knife and saw in wider strips)
- Empty package of hodosoy in a big serving bowl
- Add vinegar, toss with hands to mix well
- Garnish and enjoy!
