Please! Everything tastes better with pesto on it.
Great recipe, though I didn’t have asparagus, and I topped it with fried bits of thick prosciutto before serving.

Easy throw together weeknight dinner! I tossed leftover rotisserie chicken, multi-color cauliflower, summer squash, and homegrown cherry tomatoes in a homemade pesto with a side of naan.

Highly recommend, easy and delicious recipe. I didn’t have tomatoes but it still was delicious. Will make again & again

turned out great, i used frozen brussle sprouts and microwaved them till they were room temp and then put them in the mix. still turned out great.
