- 1 whole cut up chicken (; reserve the breasts)

- 6 chicken wings
- chicken feet (optional and for good luck)
- 2 qt. chicken broth
- 6 Tbsp. day old rice (raw –you can use)
- cooked chicken breast (Tear, into bite sized pieces, cut off any weird bits)
- 3 carrots (chopped)
- celery sticks (chopped)
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- flat leaf parsley
- 1 tsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
