- 2 all purpose potatoes (large, peeled and cut into roughly 3/4-inch pieces, 13 ounces/370 grams)
- 4 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 oz. spinach leaves
- 6 halibut fillets (skinless and boneless, 1 pound 14 ounces/950 grams)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 breakfast radishes (green leaves and roots left on and sliced in half lengthwise, or 8 round radishes)

I adapted heavily and then it was absolutely delicious. Fry onion and garlic and add leek. Then add stock and potatoes (500) and boil. Then add Rucola and parsley (100 g Rucola and whole apck parsley) and immersion blender. Then Italian garlic/pepper powder and pepper, lots. Fried nuts.
Fo fish used kabeljauw haasje and bieslook zuivel spread and nuts on top, then in oven 200 for 15 min. Half a lemon on top afterwards.
