- 1 oz. blanched almonds
- 1 oz. blanched hazelnuts (Henry’s recipe uses 2 oz almonds but I liked mixing the two nuts in the crust)
- 2.25 oz. butter
- 2 1/4 cups greek yogurt
- 2 1/4 cups crème fraiche
- 8 Tbsp. orange blossom honey
- 2 tsp. orange flower water
- 1 orange
- 2 envelopes powdered gelatine (Henry’s recipe uses 1 envelope but it's not quite enough to hold the cake together)
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 Tbsp. clear honey
- 8 cardamom pods (crushed)
- 4 oranges
- 2.25 oz. pistachios (chopped)
- sugar (confectioner’s, for dusting)
