I love a good coleslaw & this recipe did not I disappoint. I doubled the recipe to bring to a family gathering & everyone loved it. I added fresh ginger & poppyseed to the dressing. I used crushed pineapple & added the juice to the dressing too. After salting the serrano peppers I mixed them in with the dressing to make sure everything was well incorporated. Finally, I garnished the slaw with sunflower seeds & added some fresh cilantro and a bit of chopped red onion. I'll definitely make this again. 👍
