- 1/3 cup dried currants
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 can chickpeas (– 400 gram can)
- 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 4 Tbsp. Greek yoghurt (– unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (for roasting)
