- 1 orange segments (large, with membrane skin and seeds removed and then chopped and use about-)

- 1/4 cup scallions (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno chilies (chopped fine, you may need slightly more or less depending on the heat, size of your pepper and your taste)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/4 tsp. aleppo pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. kosher salt (– 1 teaspoon kosher salt + 1 teaspoon kosher salt to add to a pot of water)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil
