Yum. I added about 1 TBSP flour, then I fried them all in my waffle maker. Much easier than trying to flip them in a skillet!

Very good! My wife approved.
I had to hand shred the squash because I couldn’t figure out the food processor attachment. Got a lesson from my wife after lunch. Now ready to go.

very tasty, but could not get then to stay together well, and they took a while waiting to flip each time. kids loved them though and devoured them

Just make sure to squeeze the squash out really well. I also added another egg. Leftovers heated up surprisingly well. I'm a picky eater who doesn't normally like squash in any form, but I'll be making this again!
