I added about seven strips of fried bacon since my son doesn't think he's had a meal if there's no meat on his plate and crumbled it with the crackers. I seasoned the dish with cumin, smoked paprika and a dash of basil. It turned out so well that they are asking for me to make it again next week which is rare. My son was licking his plate when he finished his second helping.

It appears to be a very tasty dish! I’ve added Italian chicken sausage & cream of mushroom soup I haven’t tasted it yet prepared the dish too late baking it tomorrow

It was delicious! I didn’t have Ritz and subbed a sleeve of Club crackers. It turned out perfect. My husband had seconds and told me to save this recipe.
