So I made this! Loved it! I’m gluten free so I used a gluten free 7 grain cracker I buy at Costco! I also added a little more cheese and used almond milk! It very much reminded me of mac and cheese! Next time I make it I will use the oven to cook my squash in the beginning! Instead of switching back and forth the same results can be achieved in the oven.

Turned out great! However, I had quite a large squash and had to cut it in half rounds :( It was rather watery, so next time I make it, it will be made with smaller squash! Otherwise, very tasty!! Thank you

Really good.! Easy recipe with ingredients I had on hand. My husband liked it too so it will appear on the table often. Interesting way to precook squash without using a steamer.

Not sure how I feel about this. smells weird when cooking, taste buttery when eating. Im honestly perplexed by this.

overall taste was good, but it was too eggy that it seemed odd to pair with chicken. i would leave the egg out or try only one.

It was yummy. Not my favorite version of summer squash casserole but my 10 yr old son loved it and he's not usually a big squash fan.
