Perfect! Deliciousness! I did add a orange bell pepper & sauté red onion & peppers in olive oil then added water to boil & added black beans. Cooked yellow rice separately.
Marinated diced red onions in red wine vinegar.
Serve black beans on rice with marinated red onions & dollop of sour cream.
Delicious 😋
