- 4 garlic cloves (peeled & finely grated)
- ginger (A large thumb of, finely grated)
- 2 limes
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 100 grams desiccated coconut
- 1/2 red onion (finely diced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 pinch chilli flakes (Dried)
- 1 handful coriander (finely chopped, if in season)
