- 2 tsp. coriander seeds (toasted and ground)
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard seed (toasted and ground)

- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup carrots (diced)
