- 2 figs (I used violette de bordeaux which are my favorite. Sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 50 mL olive oil
- 25 mL balsamic (Glassa)
- 25 mL water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper (freshly cracked)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
