Sweet and tangy. Tasted better than I expected given how much soy sauce was used in the glaze. Definitely made way too much sauce, I used a whole 9.5oz package of soba noodles and the noddles were drowning in sauce which was meant to be a glaze. You can probably cut the sauce ingredients completely in half and get the right amount for your noodles. More on the strong side, even though I didn't use as much pineapple concentrate since I made my own from pineapple juice, you can still taste the pineapple in there. I also used a coleslaw mix instead of just red and green cabbage.

I had a limited amount of ingredients and this was perfect! A little on the strong side. But it was delicious! Like others said it made way to much sauce.

This was delicious! The recipe makes a TON of sauce, so we only used about 2 ladle fulls for a pound of noodles, and I'm freezing the rest in two batches! The sauce is very sweet, which I like, but others could cut back the amount of brown sugar by at least a half cup or more.

Turned out amazingly! Sauce was a little strong but we used normal noodles rather than the ones in the recipe so it may be our fault. Still really great though and my family keeps asking me to make it again! Took out green cabbage and added green onions, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and chicken
