- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1½ lbs., or as you wish)
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. table salt (regular)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (regular)
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. oregano (dried leaf)
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme (crush between your fingers when adding to release flavor)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Cajun seasoning (or creole, such as Slap Ya Mama)
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's Original, or your own favorite)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil (such as canola, or vegetable)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp. barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. table salt
- ground black pepper (coarse)
- 7.7 oz. Yakisoba noodles (Fortune Hot & Spicy, plus seasoning packet and ¼ cup water)
- 3/4 cup sliced black olives (add what you like)
- 12 grape tomatoes (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 1 rib celery (thinly sliced with the leaves,, the leaves just taste like celery, don't waste them)
- 1/2 cubanelle peppers (a small sweet red, thinly sliced into rings or diced, 1/3 cup or to taste)
- 3 strips cooked bacon (crisp-, torn or chopped into small pieces, as desired)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh, cut bite-sized, I was out of fresh, so used an 8 oz. can of rings cut into 6ths highly recommend fresh!)
- 4 oz. co-jack cheese (diced into small cubes or sticks)
- crema (Spicy Blue Cheese)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. chipotle powder
- 1/3 cup blue cheese (crumbles)
- green onion
- jalapeños (pickled)
- bacon
- blue cheese
