- 4 sausages (Gilbert’s Craft, Aloha Chicken Sausages)
- 4 brat (S. Rosen, & sausage rolls)
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (/carrot slaw)
- 1 bag potato chips (ridged)
- 1 jar pineapple (/container, /mango salsa)
- hot sauce (Cholula green pepper, to taste)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lime

Directions
- Combine mayo and juice of 1/2 lime and transfer to a squeeze bottle – this is your "lime aioli".
- Fill bottom of bun with cabbage slaw. Cook your sausage - preferably slowly pan-fried or on a grill - and place in bun. Top with salsa. Coat everything with an even layer of crushed chips, and finish off with a criss-cross of lime aioli, and Cholula.

These were so good! My husband's family are native New Yorkers and have very strong opinions on how a dog should be topped but this sausage is so far from a regular hot dog that his opinion went out the door. Both my daughter and hubby said this should be part of my regular rotation.
