Excellent brownie recipe, the perfect balance of fudgy and cakey, with a lovely crisp ribbon on top. I made them into caramel brownies and they worked perfectly.

Personally, I didn’t have enough butter, so I did 8 tbs of butter and an extra 8 tbs of vegetable oil (10 total) it turned out AMAZING. My entire family begged me to make it again the next holiday

👌🏾 beautiful, didn’t come out as fudgy but that’s probably more related to my timing.. Definitely try it again..

These brownies are supremely moist and chocolatey. My family and I love them! My only change was taking the vanilla from 1 Tablespoon down to 1 teaspoon. A tablespoon of vanilla is way too much for our liking. Otherwise, a perfect brownie recipe!

Amazing brownies! The most successful recipe I had tried so far. Follow the tips as I have made double the batter and baked for 23 min. They turned out with crackling top and fudgey on the the inside

Great brownies! They aren't as crisp on the top as pictured (that might just have been for me) but they are soooo tasty and gooey in the middle! Will be making again :D

Made a few times now. If your looking for a good fudgey browny I would definitely recommend this recipe

These are the MOST delicious brownies! We had to alter the timing, but we have to do that with most things because our oven is rubbish!
YUM YUM!!

Really good recipe, lovely brownies! I melted the chocolate and mixed it in, it needed 20 minutes extra

i just added a bit of white chocolate and dark chocolate crumbs and some hazelnut butter and they were amazing

Yeah, these are great. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and 1 extra cup of brown sugar instead of the granulated sugar, and they turned out great! Didn't really impact the taste and they were super fudgy and rich and squidgy! I added peanut butter chips too, so these brownies are the stuff of dreams.

It's not often you find a recipe that works out exactly as it says it will. These were absolutely SENSATIONAL! Literally not one thing wrong with them 🤤

I made these for the first time for some of my colleagues, and they came out perfectly. In fact, the room went quiet as people were enjoying the brownies so much - second and third helpings were had! I was very disappointed I didn’t have any leftovers to take home!

I would recommend baking it on 170-180 °C. Also I have used half portion of sugar and it turned out delicious.

Added peanut butter and EXTRA chocolate chips....my god. Every person that ate them said they were the best brownies they've had. Soft, fudgey and gooey..they fall apart a bit too (in the best way).

Loved this recipe! It easily made the best brownies I have ever tried. Gooey and chewy at the same time! You have to try these! 🥰

Baked this for the first time and the taste is just right. But the texture however, looked like top half and sides are baked but the middle and the rest is gooey (like in its ganache stage). I set it in a 7" round pan cos' I don't have the squares and rectangle ones just yet. And I bake it 180 deg. C. for 50mins. From my point of view, I can see the fudginess and the choco chips melting. Still not sure if it is the correct kind of texture... It should be a mix of texture right (cakey and fudgy)? (Not top baked and inside fudgy like ganache stage.) *Confused*

Amazing and very moorish! Have made them twice and sprinkled chopped mixed nuts on the second batch. Everyone loves them!

So good 😍 baked for maybe ten minutes longer then recipe calls for but seriously gooey and fudgey. How brownies should be in my book...thanks!!
