A simple recipe. I couldn’t find wonton wrappers in my grocery store so I decided to make them myself at 2am during quarantine. It was a lot of work and it was really hard to thin them out (since I only had a rolling pin and not a pasta maker). Honestly, I would recommend you just buy the wrappers from a store if you can because they were not worth this much work 😭

Excellent! A lot of work without a pasta roller but the wrappers were even better than the ones at my favourite Chinese food restaurant.
