- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (package, or 1/2 cup finely chopped blanched vegetables)
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 75 won ton wrappers (3x3 in)

Directions
- Thaw out and drain spinach or blanched vegetables
- Combine pork, salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, egg, and oil
- Stir the mixture until the meat holds together, then add spinach and mix some more
