- 2 cups shell-shaped pasta
- 30 oz. beans (white kidney, cannellini, rinsed and drained)
- 6 oz. Parmesan cheese (baby spinach, optional, for grating)
- 10 oz. spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (divided, plus more for serving)
- 3 oz. shallots (finely chopped)
- 6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (dried, optional)
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 6.5 oz. tuna chunks in oil (pole-caught, drained)
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach (loosely packed, 3 ounces)
