  • 2 tangerines (or other citrus of your choice, peeled and segmented)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils (fresh, from ½ a pomegranate)
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 2 ounces fresh goat cheese (crumbled)

    perfect compliment to our rare tuna steak. i used local tangerines and halved the amount of bubbly so that i could use more tangerine. loved it
