I’ve made this berry galette twice now and it turned out perfectly both times! On both occasions, I made it because I had to quickly use up berries and pie crust I had so they wouldn’t go bad. I made them whilst alone and heated them up in the oven the next day for friends and family with whipped heavy cream. I look forward to making this berry galette when I can serve it immediately! Please keep recipes like this one coming!
