Fine. I modified the recipe to be more healthy and easier. i didn't want to deep fry because of the mess so i oven baked instead at 400 degrees. i used an egg and double dipped in the flour. i also used whole wheat flour. So many changes it's hard to exactly evaluate the recipe. Would probably make again

These are so great! 4 stars only because I actually found it better to fry mine. I season the wings liberally with salt and pepper. Next get 1/4 cup of flour and 1/4 cup rice flour and mix them. Coat the wings with the flour mixture and fry for 5 mins at 350 degree oil in 6 piece batches. Then turn up the heat to 360 degrees and fry once again, this time for 7 mins. The double fry makes them so crunchy! Then I subbed 2 minced fresh garlic for the garlic powder and also use fresh grated Parmesan! WOW!
