When searching for duck leg recipes to use leftover legs from my usual Christmas duck breast recipe, I came across this one. It’s delicious, no doubt, but the gravy-like sauce leftover is INSANE. It’s seriously one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted. Definitely serve this with mashed potatoes or something to use up all that sauce.
