    This came out very delicious. I was looking for a lower fat and calorie mushroom soup. I used shiitake and baby Bella mushrooms. I substituted nonfat Greek yogurt diluted with skim milk instead of half and half and it worked well. It was very mushroomy. I will definitely make this again!
