- 2 drops red food color (liquid, optional)

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 lb. unsalted butter (cubed, softened, room temperature works too, but takes longer to come together)
- 2 tsp. lemon (Amoretti Natural, Artisan Flavor)
- 8 oz. white chocolate (chopped, tested with Baker’s chocolate)
- 1 tsp. oil (Amoretti, Soluble Wild Strawberry Extract)
- 3 drops oil (pink or red, soluble food color, or stir in a little red petal dust)
- 3 whole strawberries (with stems)
