This is definitely a keeper! I followed the recipe but added bacon at the beginning, cooked the mushrooms then added the onions then the garlic. I had some leftover cooked fingerling potatoes that had their own seasoning which really added to the dish. This is an easy recipe to mix and match, use up leftovers, etc.
