Delicious! I doubled the recipe, added more veggies, but had to improvise with marsala cooking wine and it was still fabulous. I tried uaing coconut flour instead of regar flour with the propper ratio, but it came out a bit grainy. im going to try cocnut milk and almond flour next time.
