- 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt, nonfat works too!)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used Tillamook Extra Sharp White)
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill (or 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill if you have it)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. onion (grated)
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce (or more of your favorite)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper (several grinds of fresh)
- 1 pie crust (ready-made)
