Easy and delicious. The muffins were perfectly moist but firm, keep well in the fridge, and are the right amount of sweet. I substituted brown sugar for Turbinado sugar since it's what I had on hand. I also cooked them at 360 (for 25 minutes) instead of 350 since my oven runs a little cool and they turned out great. Will definitely be making these again.
