- 100 grams strong white bread flour
- 100 grams rye flour (organic)
- 10 grams salt
- 15 grams dried yeast (easy mix)
- 50 grams butter (cubed, soft, you can miss this out if you want. I did for many years, but found I prefer it in)
- 300 mL luke warm water
