Really good. I use 1 cup all purpose flour and mix with 1 cup oats. Turned out really well. This will be my go to pancake recipe from now on.

They were great.
Melt in your mouth.
But they don’t look quite as wheaty as they do in the picture. They look like normal sugary pancakes but just taste a but better and are a bit healthier. :)
