- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil (or oil of choice)
- 3 Tbsp. creamy almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (full fat, I use Thai Kitchen's)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (Red Boat)
- 1 tsp. red curry paste (I like Mae Ploy)
- 1 daikon (large, peeled and spiralized on the smallest setting)
- 2 radishes (sliced thin)
- 1 small jalapeno (sliced very thin)
- 1 carrot (peeled and cut into small sticks, your just use the storebought matchsticks)
- 1/4 red onion (sliced very thin)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 1 handful fresh basil (or thai basil)
