- 50 grams plain flour
- 200 grams dried breadcrumbs
- 1 liter oil (cotton seed, or sunflower oil, for deep-frying)
- 12 potatoes
- 2 cms chips
- 4 wedges lemon (each of, and lime)

- 75 grams butter (softened)
- 1 pinch crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley (finely sliced)
- 1 chive (finely sliced)
