- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup oil (I used canola)
- 2 eggs (or 2/3 cup egg beaters, I used eggs)
- 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 Tbsp. agave (or agave, You should be able to substitute 3 Tbsp of sugar according to the conversion chart, but I haven’t tried it yet)
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 cups frozen berries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup agave (agave or honey)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. agave (or agave, You can substitute 3 tbsp sugar according to the conversion chart, normally I add about 1/4 cup powdered sugar)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
