- 1 tsp. garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt (to taste.)
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 3 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. mint leaves (finely chopped)
- ghee (or butter or oil for frying kulchas)
- keema (Whole Wheat Soya, Kulcha)
