Delicious and very moist! Made it into 5 mini loaves so only baked about 30 minutes. I love the addition of the oats for a textural difference. Next time I will add some almonds or pecans.

They were moist. I may try it again. I used skim milk instead of almond milk. I’d like to try the almond milk.
