They were pretty good, but if you want to make savory crepes, I would recommend butter (if your diet allows), no vanilla, and extra salt. The honey is fine though.

These grapes were 100% tasty! However, I made several changes, which I always do, which changed the recipe quite a bit.
I used whole, sprouted spelt flour instead of whole wheat flour, which is much lighter, less bitter, more nutritious and tastier in my opinion. I also used melted coconut oil instead of butter, and put in double the amount. (coconut oil is so good for you, you literally can't have too much!) instead of honey, I put in Maple/agave syrup from Trader Joe's. I tripled the amount so they would be sweeter. Also, are used almond milk instead of cows milk. If I were to do it again, I would use one third the mount of water, as the Allman milk is thinner than cow's milk, which made that batter very thin and runny.
Finally, are used coconut oil in the pan instead of butter or oil, because it is way healthier, and adds a delicious, sweet flavor to the crepes. we wrapped them around banana slices and served it with plain yogurt. My son and I enjoyed them thoroughly!
