I will make these again as they were an instant hit. The stone ground wheat used gave the cookies a slight nutty flavor. I also added 1/2 cup shredded organic coconut which put the flavor over the top‼️

Turned out really well. I used King Arthur Flour, as well. I baked for 8 minutes and left it in the oven (turned off) for another 7 minutes. The cookies were too soft after 8 minutes and still mushy. I recommend giving it a little time afterward to set more. Disappointed with using a whole cup of butter, too. Does there really need to be so much?

My daughter said they were the best chocolate chip cookies she has ever made! Definitely the go to choice! P.S. We used King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour

The temperature for baking this recipe is too high and it burnt the bottom of the cookies a bit. Also, they kind of melted all into the other ones even if I left a good distance in between every one of them. They were also too sweet for our taste.

Bottoms of cookies burned at 8 minutes on parchment paper and a heavy cookie sheet. Perhaps 350° would work?
