Description
This bread recipe is the easiest and best wheat bread i have ever made and i have made a lot. You can substitute some of the wheat flour for white if you like. You can add a little more honey too. You must try it and you will keep it and make it many times
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup powdered milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
- 2 Tbsp. instant yeast
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 1/2 cups warm water
- 4 cups whole wheat flour

Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in mixer for 1 minute
- Add wet ingredients and mix one more minute
- Continue mixing , adding 3 to 4 more cups of wheat flour and continue mixing for 7 minutes.
