    I adapted the recipe to an electric smoker and it worked out great. The rub has tons of flavor. I chose to use fresh garlic throughout the recipe and went with smoked paprika in the rub. The sauce was very good and had a little wang to it, as most vinegar based sauces do. The Chef in me could not resist finishing the sauce with a tsp of Cuervo and it provided a really smooth summertime bbq sauce. It would be great on shrimp as well. Thank you for the recipe
