- 1 whole branzini (or other small Mediterranean fish, gutted, scaled.)
- ground black pepper
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 sprig fennel leaves (fresh)
- 1 clove garlic (sliced, or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Meanwhile, rinse the fish with cool water, pad dry it, and season the insides with salt and pepper and oregano. Inside the fish place also the sprig of fennel, sliced garlic and wedges of lemon.
- Lightly oil a baking sheet and place the stuffed fish on it.
