- 1 cup whole wheat flour

- 3/4 cup cereal (7-grain)
- 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast (or bread machine yeast)

- 1 cup flour ((4 1/2 ounces), ancient grains, or whole ancient grains like quinoa, amaranth, and spelt.)
