- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup milk (warm)
- 2 tsp. instant yeast
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 large eggs
- 1 tsp. gluten
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (next time I am doing all whole wheat flour but adding more gluten and yeast)
- 1 Tbsp. celtic salt
- oil (for greasing the bowl)
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. oats
- coarse salt (for sprinkling)
