- ginger (a thumb-sized piece, finely chopped)
- 2 cloves (crushed)
- 3 ramen
- 150 grams sweetcorn
- 1 sheet nori
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- chilli oil (chiu chow, see notes below)
