- cannellini beans (i use, but any white beans will work)
- 1 olive oil (5-6 oz.)
- 1 can tuna (Italian, in olive oil, 5-6 oz.)
- anis (or, tuna packed in oil)
- 1 cup curly parsley (chopped)
- parsley (or less if you don't love, like i do)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced, or sliced green onion)
- 3 extra-virgin olive oil (t good quality)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- sea salt (black pepper and, to taste)
